History and facts are on my side.Until then, spare us your half-baked alarmist clap trap about what you believe is true and actually isn't.
Go spark up another one and stick your head back in the sand.

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
Man somethings weired with this editor, can't highlight anything. Anyway continueing. Japan's gun control does play an important role in the low Japanese crime rate, but not because of some simple relation between gun density and crime. Japan's gun control is one inseparable part of a vast mosaic of...

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
A Police State Illegal gun possession, like illegal drug possession, is a consensual offense. There is no victim to complain to the police. Accordingly, in order to find illegal guns, the Japanese police are given broad search and seizure powers. The basic firearms law permits a policeman to search...

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
And you can link any of this to restrictions on gun ownership how, exactly? Those states did not allow private gun ownership like the US. Hasn't happened here. Amazing how that works. Guess what, there are countries that have severe restrictions on firearms ownership that did not massacre millions ...

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
I'm a gun owner, but I gotta say that sounds more like a slogan that anything backed up by evidence... More spoon feeding, OK After the Soviet Union dissolved, evidence from the Soviet archives became available, containing official records of the execution of approximately 800,000 prisoners under S...

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
Restrictions on type of guns that can be owned, restrictions on number of weapons that can be owned, restrictions on magazine size, background checks that would prevent someone cohabiting with known crazies to own any gun at all. For a start. Restricting ownership of guns has killed millions more p...

Aren't doctors offices subject to periodical inspections/reviews much like resturants.
Reports state that state officials have failed to visit or inspect Gosnell's practices since 1993.

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
A crazy who wouldn't have had access to a gun if he mommy didn't maintain a small armoury in her home unsecured. If she had been the only victim my response would have been "serves her right" and if she hadn't been killed she should have been tried for multiple counts of murder, because her irrespo...

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
Wow. I'm only surprised you didn't mention 'making omelettes' and 'breaking eggs'... That is the kind of utterly moronic comment that convinces me that people like you should never, ever be allowed near a firearm... or a child for that matter! Nothing really needs to be done? Would you still be thi...

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
I forget how obtuse folks are here, you have to spoonfeed everything. What exactly about "freedom" obligates a moronic parent to give their 5 year old child a gun and allow him to play with it unsupervised? I see poisoning is well up their on your list of fatal accidents. A parent who left poisonous...

Re: Meanwhile, we can't even get a compromise bill on backgr
But not to own a car, only to drive on public roads. One has to be able to pass a test to drive, not so for owning a gun.
Which has zero to do with the 2nd ammendment.Although now most states require passing a written exam to obtain hunting license (past a certain birtdate in most states).

Re: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security
http://www.justfacts.com/images/guncontrol/accidents_fatal-full.png Unfortunately, the image size isn't big enough for you to see how far down the stats firearms accidents are on this list. And they've been steadily declining since data started being collected in the 20s. Freedom isn't free folks. ...

No, I didn't staart bitching, I was trying to make light of how you can come back here months later and know exactly what's going on. Joe is the one who turn it immediately into a confrontation. And as I told Strop at the time, I was not "leaving", but no longer had access at work because of IT chan...

So you're joking about people and their pets dying, no didn't get that. But I do remember most of your references.
