Re: Getting vaccinated

Glad you are doing better, and should be ready for the next show, right?

Seems ripe for a malapropism, but why kick someone when they are just getting up. ;).

Re: Alec Baldwin Kills Cinematographer

Despite wide coverage of this, there does not appear to be any evidence disclosed that would support a criminal charge either as an actor or as a "producer". So either there is evidence that the public is not privy to, or the DA felt compelled to bring charges for non-legal reasons.

And now David Crosby. Over the last few years we have seen Jeff Beck, David Bowie, Tom Petty, Charlie Watts, Christine McVie, Judith Durham, Helen Reddy, Meat Loaf, John Prine . . . . With the sea-change in media -- radio, recorded music, tv, movies, and now internet -- plus the substantial increas...

If that is the problem, then user fees could easily fund an upgrade. Careful what you wish for, "upgrades" of this type often go badly.

Slow Horses

Slow Horses on AppleTV is one worth catching if you subscribe. Gary Oldham plays a burned out MI-5 station chief in charge of a group of agency flunkies. Writing is good and acting excellent.

Glad to hear it was minimal impact. Like Joe, I do not believe I have ever had it. Some of getting it is luck and some is moving the odds. Similarly, the degree of impact seems random and some is changing the odds with the vaccine.

Re: And the award for the best shade throwing goes to...

As Andy points out, it is not Domino's, it is the industry saying pizza boxes can now be recycled. The caveat is that the amount of food/grease be "normal". And as Joe points out too many people are terrible at recycling, so the guidelines need to be as simple as possible (and even then, people are ...
