You have to use the post reply button to get the full featured reply box up then click the youtube tab and the code comes up (without the spaces) [youtube ] in here you put the video ID string [/youtube ] the video ID string is the bit that comes after v= in the url.
If you can keep your head while those around you are losing theirs, you may have misjudged the situation.
it takes a little work to figure out what but of code you have to copy I figured it out by quoting RBs post and copying the corresponding bit of code from the url of the video I wanted.
