Proud parents

The Hatch passed the exam to train as a doctor, as you can imagine we're a bit over the moon.

A bit of context, she did this at the time she was living away from home in hospital accommodation, caring for her dad who was getting treatment for a near fatal heart attack, her partner was in the Antarctic, and at the time her mother was emigrating. She did only a month's study for it.

A heavy dose of harsh reality often serves as a prime motivator. The perfect Rx for true success in many cases.

You can't beat a medical degree -- it's a great choice.

I, too, congratulate her accomplishments. Pass them on.

Congrats there Gob.

Sounds like you've both raised a very good daughter.

:ok :ok :ok

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Congrats to the Hatch!

Is she planning to continue her studies and career in Oz?

Excellent! (Always knew an interest in baseball hats would yield dividends)
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
