That's my Corollaline! (Any other Gaiman fans on the board?)

I got another birthday present today - I had realized that the door sill guards and mudflaps that inventory said was on the car actually weren't, so I wanted to reach out to my salesperson to ask about setting up installation of those. Well then I looked closer at my window sticker, I realized that I'd also paid for alloy wheel locks, all weather liners for passenger and cargo areas, a set of quick charging cables that fit all kinds of phones (nice when you have Android passengers), and CROSS BARS FOR THE ROOF!!!!! WOOT!!!!!!!! My kayaking days are not long off - this car is so short, it will be zero difficulty for me to lift a kayak onto the roof especially since I've been doing a barre for arms routine for the last several months I'm getting wicked buff lol.

I'm guessing the car arrived from Japan and they configured it in the sales department, made up the sticker and it somehow never got scheduled to go back to the service department for installation of the included options. Anyway just a nice perk that I came home with a super nice car and when I go back for the inspection sticker after the RMV processes the paperwork, I will be bringing home an even nicer car! (I'm going to pay for the back bumper sill protector too, because I don't want to mess up the paint while putting cargo in and out.)

I LOVE MY COROLLA HATCHBACK!!!!! I am itching to drive to the National Seashore and I just might do it tomorrow for a brisk windy walk on the beach to start my 55th year on the planet.

And snailgate, you'll be happy to hear I have picked for the back window a decal that reads 'wag more, bark less."

Happy belated b'day, BSG.

Only 55?   You young punk!   For some reason I thought you were older than that.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
