Quad, although I will never read your response to this thread, as you have joined the crew of posters that I don't bother with, I will apologize for starting the thread on banning you.
To be quite frank, I have been very concerned about my husband, and have had a double sitting week at work to orchestrate which I am presently only half way through.
I should have just put you on ignore earlier than I did. It is a lot easier than the purge I was enquiring about to the people I actually care about on this Board.
I apologize for hurting your feelings.
I wish the best for your future, both on and off this Board. I do hope it is everything you want.
I will start another thread later about what it is peopl actually expect from this Board, but until then this is your very special "I am sorry, quad" thread.

That's as maybe Lord Jim, but we have gone nowhere and have nothing. We have more members now saying they won't post and quite frankly, the ones that say it are the last that I wish that would.
This Board was set up with no greater ideal than being a Board for members and run by members, (hence my original topic about banning quad). However, as there was obviously no mandate for such action, I have now dropped it and offered this apology. As others pointed out, I do have other methods for making my enjoyment greater without inflicting a ban on quad for me to get there.

I missed all of the comments about and by quad earlier in the week. Now that I've read them all I have realized that quad is still stupid.
Apologizing to quad for hurting his feeling is okay but not needed for starting a thread on banning him.
He liked that.
It would be a great loss of entertainment value for me to have quad banned. I have always enjoyed watching him dig deep holes and being unable to come out of them.
I'm looking forward to his next effort.
