Can Jim figure put how to start a poll?
You saw it here first!
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.
Re: Can Jim figure put how to start a poll?
Well, I didn't know that ...but I didn't know you could reset your desktop time and date until yesterday.
Re: Can Jim figure put how to start a poll?
I didn't see the option to adjust for daylight savings time till a couple of days ago...
I see the poll tab now...
In the "absolution" version that I use it shows up in dark blue print on a black background, making it very easy to miss...
Along with the "upload attachments" tab....

OK since this is about stuff that we didn't know about.

Sometimes it seems as though one has to cross the line just to figger out where it is

Here's my guess for the first few letters -
the city that used to know how but...
the city that used to know how but...

Did Too Many Drugs In The Sixties And Forgot....the city that used to know how but...
I used this a few times at the CSB, (maybe even back at Cartalk)
After Frisco was completely rebuilt in just a few short years after the 1906 earth quake, the city fathers adopted the slogan, "San Francisco: The City That Knows How"
In the ten years between 1906 and The 1916 Pan Am Exposition, an entire city was rebuilt from burned out ruins....
Nowadays, it took twenty years just to retrofit one lousy bridge, and 15 years to figure out how to put pay toilets on the streets....
Not exactly what I'd call "progress"....
