The next step obliviously is for her to provide documentation, which she has indicated she is going to do. Hopefully this will happen in a reasonably timely manner.

I'd like to suggest that the 'Mediation' thread be terminated. There is no point in giving a person a special forum in which to be heard and to be allowed to explain her actions when that person apparently has no explanation for her actions.

The only suggestion I might add would be to allow the thread to go till Monday morning which would give LoCa the whole weekend to contribute to the mediation she requested, if in fact she has something to say....
If she hasn't engaged in a meaningful way by then, I think "the extra mile" will have been traveled in terms of providing every opportunity to try to reach a resolution.
And it will unfortunately be undeniably obvious to even those who have bent over backwards to try to be objective and fair about this, that this was never intended as a sincere effort in the first place.

All of the arguments you're making about your not having the time to devote to this are objectively self-falsified by the fact that you apparently have the time to do a great deal of posting on other topics, (and even have the time to try to create new shit fights)

"I've got a lot of stuff going on right now so I really don't have time to devote to trying to resolve this at the moment; could we please schedule this for a later time?"

I find it difficult to believe that the small earthquake that practically nobody in San Jose could feel could knock LoCA's home off of its foundation.
There have been many much stronger quakes within the last few years that apparently had no effect on the same home.

loCA's posting permissions should be limited to the Mediation thread. If she hasn't got time to respond to the queries in it, she shouldn't be posting in any other thread here at Plan B.
I think it's clear that there is no response to her false allegation about Hen's loss of virginity until/unless Garaelb unlocks the CSB.
Any evidence to support her other grievance(s) - which is really, fundamentally, 'why won't Hen & Gob be my friends anymore?!? - is located here at Plan B. She simply doesn't want to mediate, because she knows her position lacks merit.
I strongly encourage the board membership not letting this issue 'just go'; more of the same is likely to drive more good posterZ away.
Eta: My position's been stated clearly, so I'm stepping away from this place while the toxic drama is ongoing. It literally makes me nauseated.
Once you all have decided whether to hold loCAtek accountable and ban her, or to let the status quo proceed, I'll either be back, or in the latter case, I respectfully request that my account be terminated.
I love many of you as the dear friends you've become over the past half decade, but I am taking positive measures to reduce stress and ugliness outside of my work, where it is largely inescapable.
