Me three.

I am as chuffed as a really chuffy thing that after over one year of operation, there has been less than a handful of bitching threads on this board.

I reckon that deserve a posting of an emoticon of little smilie faces having a cuddle.

Way too go!

Mine too Alice. That is precisely why this Board was started. and personally, if it remains a bijoux Board, I am really comfortable with that.

I know there is a lot of antagonism between some people that's left over from CSB ........
'Quad' might have "a long record" of doing all that you say, but that history wasn't on this board
Damn straight.

I was only informing the G that his new format is not i-pad friendly. No one had mentioned it before and I wasn't aware that he knew you couldn't use most of the Boards functionality from it. I simply thought he might like to know that as a number of people do post from the tablet nowadays.

I certainly be back posting like a mad posting thing once the G has made his improvements. as I am sure many more will too.

Chill out little Lo. All will be perfect again.

Though I am pleased that people post here. I like this forum very much.

Why?

Anytime I post there I get abuse from you, so I no longer bother.

I'll just wait til the G gets around to doing any of his fixes.

I am sure someone will let me know when it is easier to post.

You can just keep your sniping and harping going if you really must Lo.

You seem to have a great need for it.

As for your l8ers? If I have too.

I told him that too when he first launched it, the status bar that just hangs there in the middle of the screen, it's the same on ALL IOS devices. I've emailed him screenshots from my iphone too :shrug

I can't believe that people are complaining about tech device compatibility.

I could not even get past the registration phase. No. Seriously. WTF?

I don't have time for the pain.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

I didn't realize you had already raised this issue Daisy. I hadn't bothered searching on the Board as most functionality it difficult.

Is it anything to do with flash? Did the G have any clues?

No it's not Flash. If it was it just wouldn't render at all.

I remember I used to have a similar problem with the myspace status bar on the BlackBerry browser.

Urgh just logging into it on my iPhone now... trying to post a reply to your thread, but it's just hanging when I press post reply.

I really wanted it to be GOOD... it's not

And FYI Kiko if your website doesn't work with the 187 Million IOS devices sold, then you're missing out on a helluva lot of potential visitors.

Safari on IOS passes the Acid3 web standards test. MS Internet Exploder doesn't.

Cheers Daisy.

I know pads and pods are getting a far greater presence in my Government.

We will be providing pads to all our Ministers to deliver them electronically their Cabinet papers. I can only see it's usage rising in all areas. (At least in my neck if the woods.)

Instead of going away for a while as any normal embarrassed person would have done, quad has decided that criticizing this BBS might be a good way to get back at those who have shown him to be a lying fool so many times.

I won't put him on ignore.

He's much too entertaining.

One half star.

Not a very good effort.

So am I. I will now wait for any of the improvements he has been working on to be implemented.

It might make it easier.

Edited to add a smile, in case anyone thought there was bitterness in my words.

:)

Edited again to add ...

You know what I find interesting Daisy?

I don't get any issues with usability of the new CSB Board from my pad until I actually log in.

Until then, it is perfectly readable and usable.

I would have thought if there was an Apple issue it would have been from the get go instead of after log in?

Mostly agreed....I got sick of the Trio at the old CSB. Never been on the new CSB, my ancient PC won't load it.
