Thanks mate! I was not seen by this driver, despite having headlights on (my headlights are on all the time, set up that way,) and despite the fact I was wearing a highly reflective ambulance paramedic's bright yellow jacket!

Heh! mine came with spinavch rather than bacon, but by buggery SMF cooks a fine breakfast.

Not fun being unable to entertain* our guests as I would have wanted, but they seem to be geting by.

Pain killers and Glenficddich are a fun mix!!

Hell on a motor cycle you can killed by a grease spot in the road.

The two times I went down (without any other motorists help) one was wet leaves and the other was sand.

Other motorists are a whole 'nother problem.

Gob, bikes over here have their headlights come on automatically. I know in NY it's the law that the headlight be on while riding.

Oh piffle, though I no longer ride a donorcycle, a rational mind will see that he could just as easily have gotten himself equally mangled doing his many other pursuits.

What I don't get is having eggs Benedict without the Canadian bacon. Apparently he didn't hit his head hard enough.
