There be no Irish in me oldr.

That's why I celebrated St David's Day on 1 March instead.

No Irish in me either, German with a touch of Polish. Doesn't mean we can't celebrate!
Although this year it will be green "eggs" and ham rather then green beer (not that I ever had green beer, Guiness was the choice in the past)

I have never found a reason to celebrate a different nations patron saint.

Still, a big 'tiddley-dee-potatoes' to all of you who do.

You don't have to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick's Day....

You just have to like to drink.... :D

I'm sure there's an appropriate cake for that.

Look, try a biscuit instead.

Hen, I love cake wrecks! Many hours of time wasted laughing at the mess people make of cake.

:ok
Personally, I don’t believe in bros before hoes, or hoes before bros. There needs to be a balance. A homie-hoe-stasis, if you will.

Cheers Guys.

I am still wandering through the wrecks. I LOVE Jen, the creator of the site, and I have so much time on my hands at present I may as well read it all.

The Hatch and I spent about an hour together looking at the site yesterday. I was worried that I was going to split my belly open with all the laughing I did. (I am sure there will be a cake for that somewhere. There WERE three Hysterectomy Cakes that we found in our wanderings.).

Hatch regrets that we didn't take a picture of the "Last Period Cake" she made me. She had even written (in sprinkles no less) TMI. :D

I just took a peek at the New CSB. I used the spy feature. It appears to have gone from bad to worse as all the posts I saw were either Steve's or Loca's.

That's enough to make one delete the bookmark.

Makes you wonder why Reboot must always be portrayed in a negative light? It's far from perfect, but the good things don't seem to get mentioned at allmuch, while as Guin said there's not much support for Gar. Certainly you don't have to post there, if you don't want to, but why all the negative campaigning? There actually appears to be more effort to drag it down, than to help it along. Post here, post there, but can the drama pls.

People are entitled to their opinions Lo whether or not you see it as drama. I for one am grateful for these updates as when I read one that tells me I can login/navigate/read/post easier over there I'll be going back to give it a whirl.

So why don't you tell us about the good things? Why must you always portray this thread in a negative light? ;)
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

I'm kinda interested in hearing about the upside to Steve's posts myself.

The fact that his posts aren't Ed's or Gwen's doesn't count...

Reboot has some cool features; if the forum was fixed and there was an active group of posters engaging on topics other than those started and dominated by Steve, I'd participate there. I still hold out some hope for the future. We'll see.

Well, if the updates were accurate that wold be a good start; other posters contributing but not mentioned are: Garaelb, Alice, Lord Jim, Kristina, Cap'n Ray, bigskygal, kiko, Joe Guy, the Hen and Dales. The spy feature really only goes back only one day of posting, and yesterday (Sunday) is typically a slow post day for any board.

I've been having fun with a 'GoAnimate' site that Gar has linked to; http://cybersoapbox.net/forum/#topic/Th ... uction.htm ...where you can make your own cartoons. :) I think the G-man was hoping to use that for tutorials on helping navigate the site.

Reboot is also capable of linking to other video sites than YouTube; some funny examples are found in the 'Videos' section.

As already mentioned, the Chat Room is capable of video and audio, should you choose to use it. What I like about it is it's a way of making FREE long distance phone calls LOL

The CSB/Reboot merger is still in the works, but has experienced technical difficulties.

As always, patience and support are appreciated; as Gar does all this work pretty much alone, and still has to hold down a full-time job. :ok

FWIW CSB.com is still down.

CSB.net----John Travolta does NOT dance in every movie he made...

I am sure the G will post something about what is going on there eventually.

I wonder if that was the plug pulling, or whether it is all part of the plan to import the old CSB to the new CSB?

Still no word on the fate of the old Board I note.

Has G gone on leave? Does he not realize that the old Board has gone 'tits up'?
