Answered your own question there mate.

LMAO
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Luckily my second name, according to my registration, is 'aaaaaaaaa', simply because I am quite mistrusting about giving detail about me on public internet sites. And I'm something like 100 years old because I didn't know why my age and birthday were essential to a registration. But my first name used[i/] to be just considered to be 'alice' by most, which is how I like it.

Perhaps he just didn't realise he'd left the setting as 'public'. Or maybe he's got plans to start a sort of rival facebook/myspace site.

And I also found out that I have been listed as 'single' despite not even being asked that question. I don't know how I was deduced as being 'single' but I don't like the idea of 'advertising' my status. I'm not interested in trying to date anyone from the site, and I can't think of any other reason why it would even be relevant.

I get teh impression we're being used as guniea pigs to sort out all the "technical problems" before Sean Starts making money out of it.

(Not that I can yet see why anyone would pay for access there.)

Cheers Scooter. I've introverted myself ... as that is what I prefer.

What I've just learned about myself from this experience is that I'm WAY too trusting and/or a conformist to authority - despite all that liberal education for which I paid a fortune!

I see that many of you entered nonsense - even Steve did - and here I go, Doh!, entering my actual information. Again, I thought it would default to private and be for Gar's eyes only. I did communicate with him about it, others have as well, and he is working on it.

Steve had already stalked me to my general location in Montana; now he knows exactly where I live.

Luckily I live with a guy who owns the biggest guns I've ever seen and is a crack shot. C'mon, Steve!

So the profile info he entered was pretty much the same as his posts?

I am exactly like you BSG. I wonder if it is anything to do with our jobs that make us respect the humble information form?

Not a heck of a lot going on over there at CSB II.

I don't like the format.

I suppose time will tell...

I never got an email from Garaelb so I registered on my own. I later received a confirmation email that allowed me to post there.

It's kind of funny....

He's got this platinum plated, customized website with all these features and functionalities...

But the script isn't capable of doing something basic like accepting screen names with a space in between....

That place has more features than I've ever seen, but I'd like it much more if it had a similar interface to CSB I. It's a bit overwhelming at first glance.

It will be interesting to see how it takes off.

Did you notice the "Cart" & "Payment" feature?

I wonder what that's about.

I am certainly overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles. I am but a simple chicken with 'not so hot' eyesight now.

I believe the business model is based on the idea of taking a number of successful models; forums, blogs, facebook, Youtube, etc. (as well as other services like video and audio conferencing)

And make them all available in a single website....
