It sucks when that happens...
Yahoo has seemed particularly vulnerable...
A while back "I" sent a bunch of folks on my contact list, (it's happened to me several times; for some reason it never scrapes the whole list) including my 87 year old aunt and the principal at Tati's school, a spam mail for discount Viagra....

I've had that happen to my yahoo account. Report it to yahoo and change your password. Also run a virus scan on your computer.

or just ignore it. Piggybacks just seem to send out a glurge and then stop.

The one that I had spewed forth, then took a nap then puked again. Don't know if it would have continued as I alerted and changed passwords.
