When I get older losing my hair,
Many years from now.
Will you still be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings bottle of wine.
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door,
Will you still need me, will you still feed me,
When I'm sixty-four.
You'll be older too,
And if you say the word,
I could stay with you.
I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone.
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride.
Doing the garden, digging the weeds,
Who could ask for more.
Will you still need me, will you still feed me,
When I'm sixty-four.
Every summer we can rent a cottage,
In the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save

Hey, thanks! (We haven't quite made it to the 25th of November yet, here on this side of the globe...but I've made it this far so I'm sure I'll make it a few more hours.)
@w - don't sneer at the age: when you make it past 60 you get to be a sexagenarian!

OMG Loose Bruce has gone viral! i used to go see him live down at 'The Cats' Bar& Grill in Los Gatos (Most dangerous location in Silicon Valley... Not because of crime, but because it's literally on the edge of the old mountain Highway 17. Not even an off ramp to it, you just swerved into the parking lot from the road without slowing or else you'd be rear-ended. Then you had to break hard to keep from crashing into the mountainside or the bar itself. If you had a few drinks there, you took your life into your own hands getting back onto the freeway ... A lotta luck was involved. You basically prayed for a gap in the traffic and hit the accelerator.) ...and he was HE-larious! What a comic! Bruce is local Silicon Valley talent, so close you could reach out and touch him. Would have been easy- the stage was really only a section of raised floor about as big as one of the tables around it; a guitar, a stool and a mick were all it could hold. 'Twas his perfect setting. Speakers and sophistication not necessary, just survive the trek and laff.
