For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

I'm excited; apparently this year is supposed to be very good for me because I'm a dog (born 1970).

I looked at the thermometer, went back to bed, carefully extracted my cats from where I had been sleeping, and returned to where I had been under the blankets. Happy new year, it was -6 this morning!

Pussy.  It was -13 where I live when I woke up at 7:00 AM, and I got up and went to work.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

I was gonna start on making an effort to not be so freaking lazy and get something done. Set the alarms and everything. Alarm went off, it was below freezing and foggy so turned off the rest of the alarms and went back to bed. Not killing myself in freezing fog taking down the Christmas lights.

I did end up taking them down anyway- starting at 2:30PM.

we had a nice party the night before; classic cocktail night with manhattans and side cars flowing (as well as wine and beer for those afraid of mixed drinks), so the next day I didn't feel like doing anything except watch football, game after game. It's a good way to relax and rehydrate oneself.

Now it's back to work.
