I know that you guys don t watch my vids, but just for today make an exception.

I generally hate musicals but the above performance, and the truth of it, and the song, is truly true, ..., I can t even find the words, and that is unusual for me.

it really encompasses humanity, I think.

I turned some of her ashes loose the other day, down at the water, where we used to all go crabbing when I was a tot.....

Last Sunday Sirius XM had all Aretha, mostly gospel, for a couple of hours, on The Spectrum channel. It was quite good.

Yes to the ashes and crabs and redheads. My Mom is a redhead, so I have a special fondness for them. I’m sorry you recently lost your Mom, wes.

My condolences as well; I lost my mom nearly 18 years ago and it seems like yesterday. You get by it, but you never really get over it. I wish you well.
