I've carefully verified your website fatbeetle.com and confirmed it
is running PHP 7.2 and downgraded it for you back to PHP 5.6 as
it was previously using before the upgrade received yesterday.
Although, reviewing your website under this domain, I could notice
that you have many mixed files and none of them are defined as your
main page (index.html, index.php, etc) causing your website to show a
"coming soon" page when being accessed, even after downgraded back to PHP
5.6.
With that, we'll need more information on which is your main page
under the website fatbeetle.com and which are the errors received
on your end when trying to access this website.

Reviewing the domain theplanbforum.com and forum.theplanbforum.com,
we could confirm that they are still on phpBB version 3.0.11 and 3.0.9
so to allow them to work with the latest PHP versions offered on
our end you (7.2 and/or above) you'll need to update them to phpBB 3.3.
Here you can review how to upgrade your phpBB version:
https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... /upgrade3/
I could notice they were already downgraded back to PHP 5.6 and
their errors seem to have stopped when checking your website/server
error logs.
Although to better review their issues for you, please give us details on
the errors received on your end while accessing your websites after the
PHP upgrade and if they persisted after your forums were downgraded back
to
PHP 5.6.
Feel free to attach screenshots on your reply and also share the error
messages
when rendering or posting through your forums. In case you need to send
any
attachments, please submit your ticket through the web panel, since
email replies may not deliver your attachments:

Also, the PHP versions 5.6, 7.0 and 7.1 are no longer supported by
PHP.net, and as such, are no longer receiving security updates or
bug fixes. You can find details on each version of PHP and its
support timeframe at:
https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php
Please keep in mind that these previous versions of PHP(5.6, 7.0 and 7.1)
will not be available much longer on your Shared server! Once
your server is fully upgraded, which will occur (within the next 4
weeks/on Tuesday, February 11, 2020), PHP 5.6 and 7.0 will
be fully removed from your server to improve the overall
security of your site's hosting environment.
So we would recommend upgrading your websites to work with PHP 7.2
or above when possible to prevent any issues after the deadline
mentioned.
I hope this information proves useful and apologize for any
inconvenience.
If you need anything else, feel free to reply to us anytime!
Have a great week!
Best Regards,
Lucas M.
