however it’s a bit unclear which forum you’re looking to update. I found

Once I know what installation we’re working with I’ll be able to give you
a better quote but looking at this initially it appear that a lot of
these installations are time consuming, so I’m going to estimate that it
will take about 2 hours per installation to move the site to a staging
site, update the php then fix it and work out any errors or issues that
may arise.

installation you’re looking to update and I’m happy to provide a formal
estimate.
