You may have the wrong approach?

People are so different. Can you try Tylenol and Aleve taken together. I get good results like a narcotic without the loopiness. Ask wife about it.

I have read that the reason the maker of Oxy Contin pushed it so hard to shady pharmacies is because it really does not do much for many kinds of pain.

Not a big enuf legitimate market--they needed addicts.

Today I actually put on pants (not sweats or pajama bottoms) and did a little driving to boot everything is progressing well just about the only thing remaining is getting the knee to bend past 90 degrees.

Good news, Crackpot. That's progress.

Before you know it, you'll be able bend your knee 360 degrees.

Good luck with that. Don't give up on the therapy. I chickened out somewhat and now I look ridiculous dropping to a "push-up" position in order to sit on anything below chair height. And getting up again is a workout. Keep it up :ok

Only 360 degrees?

Perhaps even 720 degrees.

I fail to see the advantage in that.

Anyway, glad to hear your recovery is progressing well. Keep at the PT.

PT has been kicking my ass. Basic movement is good moving on to uneven and more “athletic” movements

Enjoy the "agility ladder". The other thing my PTs did was make me stand on one leg and touch a series of cones in a circle with the other foot. You don't realize how bad your balance is until you're suddenly trying to be the karate kid

This is basically what I was doing in PT last year when rehabbing an Achilles injury. My PT had more cones out though. Instead of just the NSEW, there were additional cones at the 45 degree positions as well. She would call out which one to hit and I had to react and adjust my weight/balance to get it. Kept me (literally) on my toes.
