Worse than I expected....(and my expectations weren't high)

The original CSB is still down with the same note that it's expected to be back up after the weekend of July 18th, and the New CSB hasn't had a post added since August 20th....

Does anybody know what's going on with the boards? Has Gar just decided it's not worth the trouble?

Maybe I'll leave a post just to see if anybody follows up....

I check both sites out daily.

I do not know how the G is going.

I find the functionality of the new Board very difficult to cope with on my tablet, so I don't post to ask. (That, plus any time I had been enquiring of how things were with the G and the Boards I was getting a gobful for being so ungrateful as enquire.)

I miss the G and I miss the old CSB very much. I hope all is improving for him.

I can't post at the new CSB from my iGadget, and the old CSB has been down a couple of months.

Who has been in touch with Gar recently, I am wondering? I've only ever exchanged a few board-related PMs with him, so don't really consider him a friend - in any case, I don't have 'off-board' contact info for him.

However, I know how I feel about my dog & that I already worry how I'll cope when she goes even though she's only 10 yet. It's been six weeks or more of total silence from Gar over there and I am just hoping he is okay. I don't know if he has a human companion or what else his situation is to help manage the grief of losing his doggy soulmate.

Would someone who can check on him let me/us know he's hanging in there?

I believe Lo is in contact with the G. At least that is the impression I got last time she was abusing me for 'harassing' him.

Perhaps she will be able to update you?

Nope, I don't harass him; I respect his need for privacy at this time.

I am thinking that if the G is still grieving after over three months, he really needs to see a counsellor.

Over three months to grieve an animal is not healthy.

Either that or he could watch an amusing animal abuse video. That should make is all better.
