I don't have any alternatives other than "Prosilver". I had choices before the first BBS went down, even though I couldn't access all of them.

Is this just the way it is or is it a CONspiracy against me by the administrators ?

No the first board was not a "full board" it was all installed by little robots so it wasn't "full featured" whereas THIS board was installed by his gobiness (with help from some bigger robots) and is the fully featured version, it does however mean that all the various features have to be manually switched on and tbh I don't think any of us realised that we only had the one choice of skin

2 skins = more work however that could be the skin we use with american english soooooooooooooo lemme have a wee ponder and get back to you.

Note: I am on my holidays this coming week and have an interwebernet friend coming to stay for a few days tomorrow so I'm not going to have much (if any time) available for the interweb until she goes home on Wednesday, I can do it after that unless one of the other admins want to do it before then?

If someone experienced like Daisy fancies trying to attempt what RB said above, please feel free.

But seeing as the board is functional and running at the moment, I'm keeping my grubby little fingers out of the machinery.

Okies - before I go pressing buttons and fiddling about I think I've gleaned that installing American English isn't a big deal so doesn't really need me to do it, what about a choice of skins? Bearing in mind that it will mean twice as much work for the admins everytime anything needs doing however if thats what people want then I can get the skin installed in the next 24 hours.

Is a spell checker wanted? If so I'll see whats available.

A spell checker can't hurt. Skins would be nice. Is there a way we could vote on skins before you go through the trouble of installing them? A link to a sample or something? We had 5 or six skins at the CSB and only two were really used.

DO you guys want to leave submissions till monday and then set up a poll or a series of polls (in order to give a chance at second favorites) with the submissions?

Being somewhat of a minimalist myself:

I also like this, it matches the orange in my Tigers background:

I took a second at that one until I noticed it wasn't minimalist it was ugly.
