What are the board rules?

There are no hard and fast board rules. Any issues of contention, (like the suspending of members who become board destructive,) will be put to the membership for consideration, debate, and probably a poll.

It's based on democracy, every member has a chance to have a say and a vote.

The board's admins have chosen not to impose their ideas of how the board operates, instead choosing to consult the membership and abide by majority rule. It's called democracy. Do you have a problem with democracy?

The circumstances surrounding that were explained to everyone's satisfaction, including yours, since you claim not to have any problem with the edit limit.

It was done that way due to the circumstances that required a stop to unlimited editing, the board has now voted in favour of keeping it.

After the fact: it was still imposed prior to the vote. I simply had no choice; that's not democracy.

Unlimited editing of one poster, who stopped posting, long prior to the ban.

All admins have unlimited editing time, that is for board managment issues.

She clearly was not referring to any of the admins, since she claims it is a poster who has not posted in a long while. Perhaps she would be willing to share who that is.
