That in the past several weeks we have seen the return of three posters who either hadn't posted in a long time, or posted very rarely...(General Meade, Big RR and oldr) and picked up one former Darter who hadn't posted here before...(RayThom)

And to make it even better....

At the same time.......

we seem to have lost Quad!

Thanks LordJim. While I try and get here as often as possible, sometimes, real life get in the way. Still looking for a job, but in the meantime, been doing some construction jobs (not that construction isn't a real job, just that I'm an electrical engineer and would like to continue in that field).

The "boss" calls when he needs help at 6:30am. If there is work, I am there. Did a roof last week, complete tearoff (thre roofs worth), cleaned up and reshingled.

Fifteen years ago, me and a buddy of mine started a roofing business, but the illegal aliens basically put us out of business. We refused to hire anyone without a green card and other contractors would. They could do the roof for half the price. The ultimate satisfaction (if there is one) was that more than one person who declined our offer and went with the lower priced roofer, called me and said their roof was leaking and could I come take a look. Not one of the people who I did their roof ever called indicating a problem. Had they did, I would have been there pronto.

And to those who called about a roof leaking, I told them I was "out of business" thanks to them taking the lowest bidder. Only one said she was sorry for going with the person they chose. Every one said they could not get in touch with the person/company who did their roof.

I do have a few ideas for develpement that I am contacting the people I think can help. One f them is a roofing ripper off-er which had tried to employ years ago but had no money to develope although the technique was sound as it was hte same used by us who ripped off hte roof.
Another is a motorcycle device and am keeping secret as I investigate further.


On hte day after MEMORIAL DAY, I hope everyone gave their thanks to those who died in defense of this country and it's ideals.

So I will say thanks. However, if you tire of my quirky, oddball style of delivery you only have one 'Guy' to blame. Under much duress, I cannot and will not out him because he claims he knows where my family lives, and things could get ugly real fast if I reveal this very average 'Joe.' So "un-friending" this forum would not be in my best interest at this time.

I apologize to all I inconvenience and embarrass but my hands are tied. Now get over it.
