BSG's "Complaints"....

Post by Lord Jim »

Since BSG has declined to start a thread focusing on her allegations against individual posters and the board in general that she has made (preferring instead to grind her narcissistic axe in a thread that has a more important purpose) I thought I would help her out and start one for her...
This place is full of hypocrisy.
Well that has certainly been the case this week....

Here are some excellent examples:
loCA got suspended and was supposed to be given a clean slate upon her return, but folks were just waiting to pounce on the littlest thing to start up the fights again.
Posted by BSG, posted just four days after LoCa returned from suspension:
This sucks.

YOU suck, loCA.

If your life outside of Plan B is so all-absorbing, why don't you just stay away?
And more re LoCa:

BSG Now:
she's an addict.

We all have so much sympathy for oldr, but as to lo - the piling on was quick and furious and without relent. Gob and Hen both engaged fully in that process most of the past two years - how many times did I post, asking folks to ignore and stop egging her on, to be the more mature, bigger, better - NOT ADDICTED - persons?
BSG Then:
I think you need to recognize that loCAtroll is sick, and that drinking is only a symptom of her illness. There is no reasoning with her; she demands bountiful attention to feed her personality disorder, and it's become very clear to me for the past almost year now that she is determined to punish you & Gob for the outrageous decision to cut free from a personal, off-board connection with her. She will continue to do everything she can to undermine the positive atmosphere of this board, to destroy the successful thing you two have created. Or, she will try her damnedest to get herself banned, to prove it can be done and to thereby totally discredit you both, since she perceives this board as being within your total control.

And then there are her "evolving" views about Quad and what was done in his case...

BSG Now:
if it's Joe and Jim and Quad is saying ugly and awful things to you, then instead of proposing a banning of Quad for cluttering the place up with nastiness, it's okay to interfere in his real life because what he says is real; he really means those threats and his calling someone a pedophile is far more real the all the other ugly disgusting nastiness that has been hurled at folks on this board, accusing them of mental illness, accusing them of professional incompetence, accusing them of being criminal scam artists, etc. That's all no big deal - but QUAD!! He MEANS what he says!! Let's report him to his employer!!

Selective reasoning, seems to me.
BSG Then:
You're delusional.

BTW, there is no 'long, documented history' of anything in my life except academic and professional achievement.

The fact that you would reference totally unsubstantiated allegations made by that nutjob Chicken Steve as such is evidence only of your significant lack of sound judgment.

It's also clear that I didn't accuse you of anything. I simply preserved your written threats toward Joe Guy, in which you clearly intimated use of your access to federal resources as a federal employee to gather information about him, and offered to be of assistance should anything come of your potentially illegal behavior.

I don't like bullies, quad. I do not suffer them lightly. Take heed.
I'm sorry if Quad has lost his job or been disciplined, but he chose his course of behavior - he was not forced into it.
My my my....
the posts are there; go back and look.
Yes, indeed they are....
this place THRIVES ON TOXICITY.
Well, the toxicity level certainly took a huge uptick on: Tue Oct 09, 2012 11:38 am (PDT)

There's more, a lot more...but that will do for now...

Oh wait, can't let this pass:
When loCA is banned, you will turn your ugliness at rubato
That was my LOL moment for the day...

Saying that there's a bunch of people here who "thrive on toxicity" and that their next "victim" will be rubato, is rather like saying:

"There are a bunch of serial killers here, and their next victim is going to be Jack The Ripper"

Anyway, for anyone who was feeling pissed off by BSG's bizarre fairytale narrative in the banning thread but didn't want to respond there, here's a place for your thoughts...

ETA:

BTW, I can't take credit for data mining those BSG quotes. That was the work of several others, but I thought they deserved a public airing.... 8-)

I was very serious about this question which relates to LJs post here. Why should someone who leaves be permitted to come back for a minute and vote on something that's only the business of those who haven't left? And then leave again? I don't understand that.
The thread on Dual Citizenship got me to thinking about an aspect of this thread.

Say a person renounces US citizenship and becomes a citizen of Erewhon. Some time later they hear that there is a 2 mill levy on the November ballot in their old hometown to put up a huge statue of the mayor and council. Outraged, that person contacts the US Embasssy in Erewhon and says "Oh please give me a temporary Citizenship so I can cast my absentee vote against that vile monstrosity which is all wrong and must be stopped. Once I've voted, you can take back that temporary citizenship because you Americans are all jerks and it's much nicer here in Erewhon".

You are the person in charge at the US Embassy.

What do you do?

I am not deactivating anyones accounts right now, I would hope that when we admins reactivate an account that the people who ask for it are going to be up for entering the debate in an honest manner.

A hit and run is not on, if BSG has issues with anyone then she should hang around and be able to discuss this in as rational a manner as possible.

Meade, I'm sure the admins can answer that better than, but I assume the general theory is that you let people who left come back for whatever reason, and hope they will decide to begin participating regularly again...and that seems like a good policy to me...

Of course in this particular case where she got a temporary password just so she could vote and troll, in retrospect we probably could have done without it, but a policy that makes sense in a general shouldn't be abandoned just because one individual chose to abuse it.

Thanks Daisy. Yup TPFK, ain't it just?

- LJ, you just hit that "submit" button a couple of times no matter what eh? :ok

I agree of course that anyone who wants to "come back" should be welcomed after a voluntary exile. I actually miss all who've gawn and not returned. It would be best not to lose anybody, even those hundreds who have me on ignore. I don't actually dislike anyone here, no matter what their views. Some of the views I don't like but that's not the same thing.

I think that's absolutely the right thing to do.

She's made a huge number of accusations against numerous posters and the board in general. People here (quite understandably) did not want to respond to her in a thread discussing the permanent banning of another member.

Now that there's a thread to have the discussion she wanted, she should certainly have the opportunity to respond to the points and questions about her posts that will be made, and not given an easy way out by having her account deactivated.

Yeah? That's what Thomas Mann said. But at least I did read yours.

It's funny you should mention that troll picture, Scooter...

I was just informed by another poster that BSG posted that at least fifteen times in reference to LoCa...

She also coined the term "LoCatroll", which she used regularly, and even worse:
After further reflection on this truly cuntish post, I've determined it requires one further response to the loCAcunt, which will also serve as my final post to this board for some indefinite length of time, if not forever.

loCAcunt accuses me of having no humility...
loCA, stop being such a drama cunt.
Those lovely non-piling on comments came after LoCa's suspension, BTW...

Not exactly the behavior one would ideally hope for from a person who now claims she was:
asking folks to ignore and stop egging her on, to be the more mature bigger, better - NOT ADDICTED - persons
But again, BSG certainly got one thing absolutely right:
the posts are there; go back and look.
