I've just put a leave form in, for my holiday for next year.

We're doing our "obligation" trip back to the UK to see family and friends.

28/9/13 to 17/11/13.

:D

Fly by NY. Maybe stop in. I'll guve you a tour of ..... hell not NY city, I hate the place. But I figure that their will still be houses needing fixing given the slow rate of money and help from the local, state and federal government. Bring a hammer and a strong back.

Not got an itinerary yet Daisy, but will probably be the usual I'm afraid, Wales, Devon, Cornwall, London, with a side trip to Ireland thrown in.

Thanks for the offer O-n-W, you make it all sound so appealing. ;)

I have yet to go on vacation and not needed a hammer and a strong back. While I may not have had the hammer, my back remains strong.

That's what you get for being an absentee landlord.

I'd offer to meet you, but I think Liz and I will be in Kentucky most of October.

I can see how that might be a problem.

Kentucky is further away from the UK than your home town.
