Seems like it's been quite a while since we've had any posts from that pinko ambulance chaser.... 8-)

Could be residual Sandy damage. Seems aid is not forthcoming no matter how it was settled in congress. I have been requested to go back to Mastic beach this weekend and help out yet again. I don't mind, just thought things might be getting tidied up by now. I'll see when I get there saturday.

I just checked her profile, and she's been here as recently as this morning, but it seems like it's been maybe a month since she last posted...

I guess everyone is making such brilliant points that she can't find anything to disagree with.... 8-)

Sue posted here. I was also getting concerned. We need a moderate voice here to balance the mad right-wing loonies we have. :P

Ah, I missed that...

I was afraid that maybe she had stormed out in a snit...

You know what a drama queen she is.... :D

In any event, I hope she finds time to start posting a little more often...

In addition to her commie perspective, she's also one of the wittier folks hereabouts...

Sue's been busy with a new venture, but all is well in the land of Jersey lawyers -- some are just particularly busy at the moment!

Thank you all for the kind thoughts, but as Guin said, I've embarked on a new venture that leaves me very little time to goof off. I do look in here to see what's going on, but I frankly don't have enough time to really engage in a conversation.

While I am not involved in the current Sandy litigation (everyone I know who is doing it is working pro bono or at substantially reduced rates), I am still happily going after insurance companies and am now looking at doing a very big project with a friend or two in New York. Should be lots of fun. In the meantime, I never knew there was so much demand for my little niche practice until I opened my own shop.

See you guys when I can!
