Do some topics have circles with rolling text, and others do not, and others have red stars, and others do not?

I cannot figure this out and it's maddening.

I think stars are active topics and rolling text are topics with many replies. I haven't fully tested it out though.

I think that assumption is correct.

I love the fact that we haven't worked out the buttons yet.

What's this one do?

It's a big dilemma for me, I do not want to start buggering things "under the bonnet" about in case the whole place goes tits up.

Could it be that the ones which didn't have a quick reply button were maybe the ones you set up?

They should now all have quick reply
