... and the wallpaper comes off so easily!
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Many thought it was a social media hoax, but Cadbury's Vegemite-flavoured chocolate is real and the latest in a long line of gimmicky food mash-ups.

Images of the Vegemite-filled Dairy Milk chocolate have circulated on social media for months, with many people thinking it was just a photoshopped hoax.

But the chocolate company has announced the product is real and will be released on June 1, and has encouraged social media users to suggest their own wacky chocolate pairings.

Cadbury and Kraft, which produce Dairy Milk and Vegemite respectively, are both owned by US food giant Mondelez International.

Australian palates have grown more adventurous in recent years, with food mash-ups that would once be considered bizarre becoming ubiquitous — think the match-made-in-heaven that is salted caramel.

But some food combinations appear to be less about the complementary pairing of flavours and more about creating headlines.

In the US, the trend of creating food mash-ups has spread like wildfire online, with products like the doughnut-croissant hybrid "cronut", chicken burgers featuring meat where the bread would be, and tacos made out of flavoured corn chips.

While curiosities like these often see a surge in sales when the products are first released, they are usually offered for a "limited time only" or quietly disappear in a matter of months once the hype dies down.

It remains to be seen if the new chocolate is intended to fill a gap in the market for yeast-spread-filled sweets or if it is purely a marketing stunt, but it is certainly not the first time Vegemite has caused a stir on social media.
