Which of these is the least bad actor? Obviously the guy who pulls the gun [meant to say he is the worst], but the dudes on motorcycles are hogging the road and making people angry. Two things I noticed were how many trucks there are; the road is full of them. In contrast, I have been noticing just how many small sedans are on the road, and the big decrease in the number of SUVs and big trucks, but that trend has not hit this part of Texas.

Re: Who is the least bad person?
Guy in the truck went from sorta wrong to really wrong as soon as he pulled that pistol. Had it been me, I would have also shown this video — all of it — to local law enforcement. (eta: apparently he did) Even though Texas is still stuck somewhere back in the 1880s with regards to their gun laws — and I don't doubt that the driver, who claims to have a 'concealed carry' permit, actually does have one; in Texas, it's one of those "send in fifty cents and three box tops" kinda things — I'm pretty damned sure that even under 'open carry' rules and regs you're still not allowed to brandish your weapon. Especially when you're three states away in Nevada..
Notice too that when the guy first points the weapon at the motorcyclist (at the 2:16 mark) his finger is *INSIDE* the trigger guard and undoubtedly on the trigger itself... and given the hot-headed attitude of the driver I'm going to assume that the gun was cocked, there was a round in the chamber, and the safety was off. This could have gone drastically wrong so very easily.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
Re: Who is the least bad person?
This dammed fool was NEVER taught how to handle firearms, LEO's and military personnel are taught to keep the trigger finger OUTSIDE the trigger guard to avoid accidentally firing off a round.....his finger is *INSIDE* the trigger guard and undoubtedly on the trigger itself... and given the hot-headed attitude of the driver I'm going to assume that the gun was cocked, there was a round in the chamber, and the safety was off. What a stupid doofus!
Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

I suspect the nice gentlemen from the Texas Dept. of Public Safety will be calling him in for a little 'adjustment'.
