fancy a bit of meat?

This might make you feel sick just looking at it... especially if you are a vegetarian!

For here is a plate of meat that has over twice the recommended daily intake for a grown man.

And you are supposed to eat all 5,300 calories - or 3lbs - of it in one sitting, if you can.

If you do finish the 'If You Dare Grill', you'll be given a T-shirt... and a free dessert!

If you look carefully under the rack of ribs, between the 8oz rump steak and the lamb chops, somewhere near the sausages and the gammon... you’ll find a grilled tomato, and a pineapple ring.

The owner of The Steak House in Bridgwater, Somerset, is hoping that this won’t put anyone off ordering the meal.

The plate comes with the full rack of ribs, the steak, an 8oz gammon steak, two lamb chops, two pork loin chops, four home-made sausages, two eggs, two pineapple rings, four onion rings, four mushrooms, a grilled tomato, coleslaw and chips.

Restaurant owner Andrew Danniells insisted it is all about having fun.

He said: 'I smoke but could that cause a heart attack? They say red wine is bad for you too. Red meat is good for you and if someone wants to eat all that, it is going to be a big bloke anyway.

'We are ordering the T-shirts in extra large and above as if someone is not that size when they sit down to eat, they certainly will be afterwards!'

Missing the obvious Peas, Fries, Shrooms & Onion Rings...

Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

I looooove lamb chops. My sweetie has several great preps for them.

I could go for two of those for dinner except ... I'm making dinner and we have salmon instead.

Just have to suffer through.

That doesn't even look that appetising, so half the battle is lost anyway. I can (and did) eat this twice New Year's Day.

Now we're talking... THAT is a breakfast!

One thing though Jay... I'm not seeing HP sauce anywhere in that photo...

It was merely out of shot, not out of contention ;)

Then killing them and chopping them up for food won't bother you.

Looks like an Inuit (Eskimo) wedding ...no, I'm serious! They eat everything within earshot, on those sacred occasions. Sometimes as a between nuptial snack as well ;)

The largest animal I have killed is a chicken.

(If you don't count my cat that I accidentally ran over.)
