While I love my new work jeans ...well, they're not new/new, I think I bought them early winter of last year; they are my newest pants; with re-enforced knees and that handy-dandy feature: the cellphone pocket. Forget that they're men's jeans really, that have to be held up with a men's Dickie™ belt (that I had to poke extra holes in with a Makita™ drill.)
Whenever I check, women's work pants are a joke. Too slim, too low slung and a work belt wouldn't fit through those loops -how are you supposed to do any work in these?
So, I bought a man's pair at the Workingman's Emporium™ in Downtown San Ho'bringing my bike inside, to the owner's displeasure, since it was raining, but I assured him I was there to BUY something; my last pair of jeans were disintegrating due the welding UV and cycling friction and I needed PPE Personal Protective Equipment ...now!
How cool was that cell-pocket, it was perfect and more convenient than even a cellphone holder that you clipped to your belt, so I seamlessly adjusted to it being there, untimely to my detriment.
...I forgot the phone was there, come washing day.
This is the second forkin' time, I've forgotten and washed my phone, dammit!
Dammit!
DAMMIT!
