I'm sure that kind of persona is eminently suitable for one who owns a restaurant (not a great trick that; owning one). Customers must enjoy listening to the kitchen garbage speaking its mind. And of course he recommends that proprietors he guides should treat their staff in that fashion for the peons enjoy such jovial good humoured abuse?
