25 litres of Irish stout on the go, I just started the yeast pissing in it!

Hen's done me some labels, so I can "lay down" some of my brews. Apparently they bottle condition for up to a year.

We've got a cool area under the house, I'll be storing them there.

I'm well into the English bitter at the moment. It tastes like proper real ale!

I almost cried when I tasted it...
