It seems odd that he's come up over here and all of the sudden he posts over there. I think he's seeking some negative attention.

There's no way that he suddenly posted out of the blue after more than a year on the CSB one day after being talked about on Plan B if he hadn't been monitoring Plan B....

There are better odds that I could be struck by a bolt of lightening while sinking a hole-in-one on a golf course with a winning Lotto ticket in my pocket....

So Steve: (and I'm going to repeat this on the CSB)

Why don't you just join this board, and say what you have to say, and stop cowering in the shadows?

I will say this for Steve....

He never denied checking out Plan B....(he never admitted it, but he also never denied it...)

Editec denied it, (and frankly I didn't believe him because I'm certain that his ego would have forced him to check it out; especially in the first months after it was established, when the CSB was a major topic of conversation) but he never posted anything at the CSB that indicated he had to have been at Plan B.....(he was smart enough to avoid that.)

Only one person both denied having ever been to Plan B while also posting comments and references they couldn't possibly have made without visiting Plan B....

I believe he was stirred from his slumber by another poster.

I seriously doubt he will be back posting on CSB2 at anytime soon.

Seems pretty thin to me. Especially given the the syncronisity of posts would have likely been lost in a week or so.

Well, personally I don't have any trouble believing that....

Given the fact that the last few years at the CSB he had so little going on in his life that he devoted endless hours to perusing every weird beard whacko website he could find...

After his marriage fell apart it appeared that the only things he did were work and hang out on the internet...

In fact, I said at the time and continue to believe, it was this isolation he created for himself that was primarily responsible for his mental deterioration and loss of grip on reality...A number of times I implored him to get out and rejoin the real world- make some friends, (maybe even a girlfriend) get involved in some sort of activities, take a trip, etc. (But he would have none of it.)

He made quite clear that he was enormously bitter about the creation and existence of this place, (you may recall he referred to the people who came to this board more than once as "traitors") and given the sort of obsessive person he became, it wouldn't surprise me a bit if he is a regular lurker here...(probably hoping to see evidence of the place falling apart.) in fact I'd be more surprised if he wasn't hanging around here...

(Obviously he remains just as bitter about it as he ever was, given the content of his two posts a few days ago.)

And as I said, I really see the odds of his being mentioned over here, and him suddenly posting at the CSB just one day later, (after he hadn't posted over there for a year) being some sort of coincidence as infinitesimal...

Slim and None, and Slim took the noon stage to Reno....

To me, that's proof positive that he must be checking out this place out on a fairly regular basis....

I'm having a hard time imagining any other realistic way that could happen...

Personally I find it very easy to imagine that he has had recent contact with a member here to set him back off on a rant against the world.

His name has been brought up on a number of occassions after the CSB dissolved with no noticeable Steve around. Yet grudges abound. particulalry with the read that was chosen to make his presents know to the B-ers.

I didn't expect him too; I would have bee surprised if he had....

I suppose it's possible that somebody around here, (Quaddriver, who I'm certain still lurks here might be a good candidate) who still stays in email contact with Steve might have given him a heads up that he was being talked about, he checked it out, and that set him off....

However, for the reasons I stated, I also believe that Steve is no stranger to Plan B.....
