wes--I'm stretching my memory now, but I do recall a rule for high school baseball which allowed a fielder (normally the catcher) to set up a path near (or on, I can't recall) the base line when a catch was imminent; imminent catches were basically those where the ball was either in the infield or over the infield (when thrown in by an outfielder), which does not appear to be the case here (if it is not imminent it is interference). But it would also not cover her move to shove or "butt bump" the runner

I did use the wrong term, twice. obstruction was the corrct term, guin.

I should have said" path of the runner" also. the path of the runners rounding third is NOT the base line , once they round third they are far off the line and a direct path to the plate, as they are required to take, is not the baseline. the runners purposefully abandoned there "direct path" to the plate and veered into the baseline and the catcher, who merely held her legal position

Having been a catcher for hardball and fast pitch softball, and slo-pitch softball but that is not germaine I would like to weigh in here.
Thoughts on the game:
The base path from third to home consists of both a fair ball territory and foul ball territory. A good (knowlegable) player will know to run on the foul territory side of the base path as any ball being caught by the catcher is going to happen pretty much on the fair ball side. By being on the foul side, the catcher has further to reach to tag you out. Plus if you have to slide, a big portion of your body can be kept far away from the catcher with only your foot and part of your leg near them making it harder for the catcher to tag you.

About the plays:
What you have here is gamesmanship by both the catcher and the runners and frustration by the catcher and a little "in your face" by the runners.
The catcher must provide a clear path to the plate but is not required to be totally out of the basepath in case there might be a play at the plate. So she is blocking a portion of the basepath leaving the outside of the path clear. The runners, instead of running in the provided path run up to the catcher on the inside of the basepath and give a little contact to let the catcher know they are going to score and that she can do nothing about it. The catcher in frustration sticks out her elbow as they pass ever so close (close enough to touch) surprising the runners who are knocked for the loop.

I am surprised the catcher was not thrown out of the game especially for the second time it happened.

I remember grudgingly giving the absolute minimum amount of space to the base runners easily coming in to score and getting brushed (aka run into) when I didn't give as much as the runner thought I should. Might have even stuck out an elbow or two, or three. :o ;)
But that was more than a few years ago when things like that were tolerated (wink wink nod nod). At the time there were not even "must slide" rules. And we had metal cleats.

I agree with every thing that older said.

but what do I know, I m just a simple third baseman.

a third baseman has to stay home and have balls. catchers are the real brains in the game

That's what oldr says.

And wesw agrees with oldr so that's all right then. She should have been tossed from the game. Why? Because what she did was wrong. Period
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

speaking of reading comprehension....

I am surprised that she was not ejected.
I also believe that she should not have been ejected.

let me be clear, the second incident would have caused me to eject the player or players ( cause the runners were not innocent) for most of my sons little league years, but once they got to senior league and were vying for a state championship, all the wilting violets and un serious players had long ago went on to other pastimes . these were young men who had 85 mph fastballs whizzing by their ears. baseball polices itself. to be clear about something else, I made it clear that no player was ever to throw at anothers head. for that they would be yanked.

stand your ground
