If I start writing about cricket matches, somebody please take me outside and shoot me...
Joe, I want you to know that if that should happen, you can count on me....

I'll be there for you dude....

I only hope that if I should ever do the same thing, that someone would be there to extend me the same merciful consideration....

I got your back, Jim.

You can count on me to shoot you should you ever move into the cricket-loving zone.

Fortunately, I don't see any indication thus far that it would even be a remote possibility, even if you were to have a serious brain injury.

It would be similar to expecting a post from rub-auto in which he admits to actually intending for us to interpret the meaning of words as he had written them instead of attempting to explain what he really meant when he wrote what he later claims he didn't mean.

I appreciate that Joe...

And let me say to Leonard Cohen fans....

If I suddenly start saying that Susanne makes sense, just please, please, put a bullet in my brain...

Goodbye Jim!

Over to you Joe...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Huh??

Uh oh....

Did Jim really say that?

Oh. Waitaminute. I see...

Sean was trying to set Jim up and I almost took the bait.

But you gotta get up pretty early in the morning to put one over on me.

I realized soon after loading my glock & consulting my GPS device for directions to Jim's house that Sean may have been joking.

At least I think he was...

Except when you forget to load the d@mned thing.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Here is what happened today;

I took advantage of Meade's great discovery and decided to go to Cost Plus to pick up some Vegemite.

But I decided to go to the Cost Plus at Hillsdale (in San Mateo) Shopping Center because I hate driving to downtown in Redwood City. They charge for parking and there aren't a lot of places to park other than one garage that charges by the hour.

They "revitalized" downtown a few years ago, which means the city decided to charge everyone for parking every day of the week and they now have a lot of yuppie coffee shops, bagel sellers and sandwich places, and of course, outdoor tables with umbrellas where cell phoney's sit in groups and don't talk to each other because they are using their cell phones.

Anyway, on my trip to Hillsdale I decided to stop at Mollie Stones market to pick up a 'California Roll' which is a "Sushi" preparation that is made of real crab meat & avocado, and I like the one made with brown rice.

So, while I was there I decided to look around. I discovered an aisle that was labeled 'Asian' & 'Hispanic' foods - and guess what? - there was a section in the aisle where I found MARMITE AND VEGEMITE!!!!

I grabbed the Vegemite and quickly bought it. I already have some Marmite so I didn't need more of that.

I'm not quite sure why, but I think I like the Vegemite more than the Marmite, although I know I will continue to add Marmite to bread & muffins once in a while.

Thanks very much to Gob, The Hen and Meade for helping me become an addict to a strange and tasty treat.

The odd thing about this all is that I now find myself speaking with (what I perceive to be) an Aussie or English accent quite often nowadays.

My friends think I'm a bit looney. But that's nothing new.... :D

Mollie Stones is okay compared to Whole Foods.

I bought my Beatle Albums at White Front in South City.
