It says I must be 58% Welsh because I got 42% of the questions right and that's the English component did that.

I actually could have juiced my score even higher, since on some of the questions it was pretty obvious what the "most Welsh" answer was supposed to be...
But I chose to answer honestly instead...(going for a high score on this wasn't a big goal...in fact I sort of wish I had guessed more poorly...
)

Wow! How did you manage to answer so many questions incorrectly? You'd think the law of averages would have kept you to 25% tops....
