It says something when watching a ball being made for a sport is far more interesting and engaging then watching the sport itself...

I checked out that very video after watching Joe's (I went to Youtube fully expecting to see that the craftsmanship from 58 years ago had probably been replaced by mass production)

I'll give the cricket ball makers their props; there's still a lot of craftsmanship involved...

At least insofar as the top of the line Kookaburra ball is concerned...

I was curious as to how much these balls cost; apparently a single brand new Kookaburra ball will set you back about $68.00...
