do they really have to put a K-Y Yours and Mine ad on at 8:30 during a family show?

Yes they do it is a product in good standing that does exactly what it says it does. A good moral business exactly what families need.

Wes, I have to say that given your penchant for candor regarding your personal habits, I was extremely reluctant to open a thread started by you with that subject line... 8-)

The real question is what are you doing watching a family show.

I bet you'd poop your pants wesw if you saw what I saw the other day on the telly. It was some daytime soap opera, don't know which one, and there were 2 men in bed together, nekid, or at least simulating nekiidness. We've come a long way baby.

OMG @W. Please don't tell me, did those two men . . . kiss . . . or something??

well, I think a man and woman laying in bed, holding up his and hers lubricants and talking about opening "new doors" is not suitable for 8:30 on Animal Planet network

don t know where the homophobe angle came in, it s more about time and place.

gee, sweetie, the nice man is talking about getting fingers shoved up his butt during sex.....

Fingers up the butt? I mustn't have seen that commercial; most of the ones I have seen have a man and a woman talking about using it as a lubricant that somehow causes a sensation when the his and hers are in contact with each other. I suppose it could be used for butt fingering (or fisting for that matter), but I didn't think that was what it was being advertised for.

What was the family show being screened at the time. If it was a show about puppies I imagine you'd have a point; but I recall AP has a lot of raw "reality" shows that I wouldn't think were traditional family fare.

well it was about life in the Yukon and families working together to survive. subjective, but family fare in my opinion. the commercial was all innuendo, but not hard to figure out.

the particular episode was about fathers teaching their kids to hunt geese, un fortunately the ice was breaking up and one of the uncles died on the ride home. they stayed one day too long. another valuable lesson about overconfidence and caution that I think was valuable.

I thought perhaps it was a program about Kentucky. Product placement.

Wes--I don't know that show, so I really can't comment on how family oriented/friendly it is. However, I have seen some "reality" shows that I do not think are family fare (and others that I imagine could be if that's one's taste). I imagine this show is marketed to teens and adults, as the sponsors would not want to waste their advertising dollars on kids who wouldn't buy the product (but who knows). However, if you have a complaint, you should register it with AP, as I would think these smaller networks would be more responsive to viewers than, say, CBS.

yeah, the worst is the liquid plummer commercial with the two beefy plumbers behind the lady while talking orgasmically about the double penetrating action filling her pipes.... sheesh.

they usually don t show the most suggestive parts of the commercial, but occasionally they slip it in...

ha! slip it in! I made a funny....

I wasn't in the room long enough to tell you. They clearly were post lovey-dovey. The 90 year old lady watching it didn't seem to be bothered by it.

wesw, clearly you do not understand the nature of KY. They make it in all sorts of colors and flavors, yes wesw, flavors, they make it warming and it can get ones naughty bits all tingly.

When @hub and I go into Cirilla's or any sex shop, we always peruse the lubricants. (I bet you would get a fit of the vapors over come-fuck-me shoes they sell.)

I assume you think masturbation is naughty too. I will say it is something best left in the hands of those who know what to do.

you are far off base tpK@W.

I was quite promiscuous in my younger days, not something I m proud of tho. a former hedonist I am.

I have no problem with sex. just think that there is a time and place for things, which, if you re read my post, I think you will see
