that, my dear, is a T-bone, a proper porterhouse has the tenderloin included....

but bleu cheese on a T-bone is nuthin' to sneeze at. I m hungry now.....

I always thought that salt and pepper were all that a really good steak required, but bleu cheese...mmmmmmm.

I see a trip to the amish market and the butchershop in my future....

Yes I know the difference. I prefer the bone-in Tbone and it was a better photo.

We just had an Oxford comma debate/discussion in the office. There was a pro-person, an anti-person and a pragmatist (whoops!). Being the latter, I use it when it makes the list more clear and leave it out when it is unnecessary.
