Now this is confusing ...

I was starting to make travel reservations to Provence and Barcelona when I ran into this description:
The modern furnishings convey a pleasant feeling of wellness and relaxation. You will find that these rooms have bright bathrooms with large mirrors. The sunlight will brighten your day, as you enjoy breakfast on the balcony, taking in the sun on a deck chair, gazing at the sunset...
I cannot recall ever confusing one for the other. But perhaps if it was a really good day ...

Maybe this is their way of saying the nightlife is so hot and heavy that that you return to your room at dawn and sleep the day away, rising at sunset just in time to have breakfast and start the whole cycle over again.

What is the matter with that? It is clearly referring to three different 'activities' or parts of the day. I doubt there are deck chairs on the balcony but even if there were, I'd not want to sit in one to eat breakfast (or any other meal).
What we have here is breakfast on the balcony; lounging around in deck chairs; and watching a sunset. All of which will be brightened by the sunlight.

And the best thing is that the bathrooms have mirrors! I would be more interested to know if they had more than a hole in the floor.

I'm with Meade, it looks perfectly understandable to me...
But I guess it's a problem for someone who is easily confused...

I think they lost an or:
The sunlight will brighten your day, as you enjoy breakfast on the balcony, taking in the sun on a deck chair, or gazing at the sunset

That would certainly make pendants happy. I don't think you are giving due weight to the ... after 'sunset'. Like this - sunset...
Those three dots indicate a trailing off before describing something else. One is probably supposed to mentally add, "having a sundowner at the bar, or enjoying our rooftop terrace and admiring the spectacular views over the colorful chimneys of Güell Palace". Any similar sentiment will do.
