I was followed by a moon shadow this evening. It's interesting, but not exceptionally spectacular.

There's nothing special about the moon tonight here in Redwood City. It's bright but it doesn't look any larger than normal. The moon in September and October was more impressive and looked bigger than this. It rose more bigly back then...

Rarely-seen photo of the back side of the moon.
I wondered how long it would take for someone to get around to something like this.
