quite a hullaballoo about the U.S. running up the score and being overly celebratory.

seeing as how goal differential is critical in breaking any ties within the group, running up the score was perfectly reasonable and smart.

now the totally disrespectful celebrations at the end were among the most classless things I have ever seen in sport.
