It's Labor Day

Post by RayThom »

Happy Labor Day to one and all.

Keep in mind "Tax Freedom Day." That is the first day each year that Americans start laboring for themselves. This year it arrived on April 16th. Every dollar earned before that pays for federal, state, and municipal government services. It's a way to visualize the fruits of one's labor.

Toil on proletariat.

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

...and it would be May 1 if not for Eugene Debs (back in the day) and the much later "scared of Communism" toadies of the post-war unions.
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
