Diego Maradona is dead

Post by ex-khobar Andy »

Hard to believe someone that full of life (but see George Best, Florence Griffith Joyner and many others) has passed on. Only 60. He will forever be remembered in England for the 'Hand of God' goal (England vs Argentina, World Cup, 1986) which was clearly handball; but later in the game he scored what was one of the best goals ever. No argument about that one.

CNN is having orgasms. He was a cheat and a druggie, not to mention his gangster pals and his own on-field violence. OK that second goal was very good. He'd never have got past Norman Hunter like that
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

His legs would have been bitten clean off.

Just overheard that Madonna has died. Aged 60. Not sure about her being a footballing legend though?

They're desperately seeking rumors.
