Los Angeles-based actress Hollis Jane Andrews said she interviewed for the $13/hour 'Magical Nanny/Housekeeper' position in 2013
The parents demanded the nanny use Scientology practices to calm their two sons and make sure there is no noise in the house
The detailed schedule included directions, some down to 15-minute increments, for meals, bath time, brushing teeth, and play activities
The nanny was instructed to make sure kids 'don't stop them running ever' and get them to throw rocks
She also must never use her phone or let them watch movies, and should make sure the kids are always laughing and happy
During their 45-minute nap, she must 'magically transform into a cleaning nazi' and clean the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms

Re: $13 an hour
I'd love to know which pair of over-privileged, clueless Hubbard-heads thought that they would get any takers for something like this. However, even if they did say, I suppose it would be like on the old "Dragnet" TV show – "The names have been changed to protect the innocent" ... in this case, the kids themselves. Seriously, how would YOU like to be known as the kid with the crazy parents who tried to hire a real-life Mary Poppins?
And it doesn't say a whole lot about this actress-wannabe that interviewed for it; although in her defense I'm going to assume she wasn't given this list of requirements until AFTER she arrived for the interview.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

I don't think I'd have any trouble with #14: If you finish all this, look around and find anything else that could help things flow in this household better! Look no further than the parents.
