Yes, men do Floor without music (I recall them using music in the 90s, but it was stopped).
FWIW, men do 6 events
Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, High Bar, Vault, Floor
Women do four
Uneven Bars, Beam, Vault, Floor
