Some of the products look like they would perform as advertised. The "Fire Sentry" material is based on widely used fire retardants. Some I don't know about like the 'magna-clean' and the refrigerant claims are unlikely to be true. A friend helped design the newest 'green' refrigerant (based on tetrafluoropropylene IIR or CF2CF2CH3) which is a lower greenhouse gas alternative to the current ones and Europe is mandating a switch to this version, the US is expected to do so soon.
