Spare a thought for Hen!

Post by Gob »

It's my day off, I've been baking.

Cornish Pasties and Bara Brith.

I now look like a member of The Fields of the Nephilim.

The kitchen looks like Bagdad.

My mother makes something very similar to that bread, which she calls "tea bread." Yum!

And I'm sure all is forgiven, as long as you cleaned up the mess :D

I dated a lady back in the early 90's who's mother was from County Clare, and she baked a bread very much like that as well.

Please spare a thought for me.

The bread and pasties were delicious and I think I have gained about five pounds.
Bah!

It seems similar to what the Irish call Barmbrack.
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?
