A moral dilemma....
Somebody quite close to me has recently taken something which is owned by the local council. It had been there for sometime, so was quite obviously not needed.
He pays his rates and taxes....therefore.......Theft or Entitled??

The mind boggles!
If it was there, was it there for a purpose? If it was abandoned, then s/he can always claim they took it in for safe keeping..

It sounds worse than it is. I just 'borrowed' a couple of shovelfuls of roadbase from an abandoned pile in a layby to fill in a couple of potholes. Doing their job for them really...
Somebody also forgot to mention that it was her idea...
